Terms and conditions

"MedPros", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the MedPros team operating medpros.pk and the MedPros student portal from Lahore, Pakistan. "You" is the person creating an account or buying a product.

These terms apply alongside:

• Our privacy policy and cookie policy — how we handle your data.
• Our refund policy — when a refund is possible for digital products.
• Our shipping / delivery policy — how digital access is provisioned after payment.

If any product page (a course, quiz, cohort or bundle) states extra rules — for example a cohort start date or an attempt limit on a mock — those product‑specific rules apply in addition to these terms.

To buy or take anything you need an account. By registering you confirm that:

• The name, email, phone number and country you provide are accurate and yours.
• You are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you use MedPros with the consent and oversight of a parent or guardian.
• The password, email verification code and any OTP we send are for you only — do not share them.
• You will keep your contact details up to date so that we can reach you about orders, access and security.

If MedPros detects a stolen password, a credential being sold, or repeated failed sign‑in attempts, we may reset the account, lock sign‑in, or require a new device approval before you can continue.

Our courses, mocks and question bank are sold for individual learning. To protect paying students:

• Each account is limited to a small number of approved devices. You can see, rename and remove them from your profile.
• We may pause playback if the same account is used from many IPs or cities in a short window.
• Selling, renting or sharing sign‑in details, OTPs, approved devices, recordings, notes or screenshots with anyone else is a material breach of these terms and may lead to immediate suspension with no refund.

Using MedPros from a personal device and a home or office Wi‑Fi is fine; our controls are aimed at organised sharing, not genuine learners.

Access to each product is described on its page:

• Recorded courses — stream, watch, and track progress on your dashboard. Some courses allow downloadable PDFs for personal study; those remain copyright MedPros or its licensors.
• Live classes — delivered via Zoom or a similar provider on announced dates. We may record live sessions for enrolled students; recording availability and how long they stay up is stated on the course page.
• Mock and practice quizzes — attempt limits, time limits and retake rules are shown before you start. Scores are yours to review from the dashboard.
• Question bank — pay‑as‑you‑go or bundled access; individual questions may be added, corrected or removed as medical guidance evolves.

We may update, replace or retire any lecture, question or feature to keep content accurate and the platform running. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for we will contact you.

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) unless the product page says otherwise. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout or included in the price.

• Payment methods — we accept card, wallet and bank transfer through partner merchants listed at checkout. MedPros never asks you to send payment to a personal bank account outside these merchants.
• Proof of payment — for bank transfer orders you must upload a legible proof. Access is activated once our team verifies the proof, usually within one business day.
• Coupons — discount codes are subject to the conditions shown on the checkout page and can be withdrawn or changed at any time.
• Receipts — every successful order generates an invoice you can download from your dashboard. Email support@medpros.pk if you need a corrected receipt for employer reimbursement.
• Chargebacks — please contact us before disputing a charge; unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection of amounts due.

When you post a review, ask a question in a discussion, or upload content (for example a payment proof), you confirm that:

• The content is yours or you have permission to use it.
• It does not infringe anyone's rights, violate law, or contain malware.
• You grant MedPros a worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host and display it strictly to run the service.

We expect respectful, exam‑focused interaction. MedPros may edit or remove any content that is abusive, discriminatory, harassing, medically misleading, off‑topic, or that breaks these rules. Repeat offenders may lose posting rights or their account.

MedPros, our instructors and our licensors own the lectures, question banks, mock papers, notes, graphics, software, logos and the overall layout of the platform. Paying for access grants you a personal, non‑transferable licence to study the material through the MedPros portal.

You may not, except where the law explicitly allows:

• Record, re‑stream, publish or resell any lecture, quiz question, mock paper or note.
• Remove watermarks, DRM or account identifiers embedded in downloads.
• Copy the MedPros brand, app or course pages onto another platform without written permission.

Breach of this section may, in addition to account termination, lead to civil or criminal action.

We aim for a stable, always‑available service but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error‑free. Scheduled maintenance usually happens overnight (Pakistan Standard Time) and will be announced where reasonable. If a platform‑wide outage blocks access to paid content for more than 72 consecutive hours we will restore access by extending the course validity or, where agreed, issuing a partial refund.

Our teachers and doctors work hard to prepare you for exams, but results depend on your practice and study habits. MedPros does not promise any specific exam result, ranking, residency placement, or professional outcome.

Medical content on the platform is for exam preparation and professional development only. It does not replace patient‑specific clinical judgement — always follow the current guidance of your regulator, institution and treating clinicians when caring for patients.

You can close your account at any time from your profile.

MedPros may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Break these terms or any product‑specific rule (for example sharing an account).
• Fail to pay or reverse a payment without cause.
• Misuse the platform in a way that harms other learners or the service.

Where termination is due to a material breach, fees already paid for consumed content are non‑refundable.

We may update these terms when features, laws or providers change. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where appropriate, emailed to active accounts. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You and MedPros agree to try to resolve disputes amicably first — write to support@medpros.pk with a clear description of the issue. Where that fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
