Delivery and access

MedPros provides online medical and dental exam preparation. Your purchase activates one or more of the following on your account:

• Recorded video courses — stream from the dashboard, track progress, resume where you left off.
• Live cohorts — scheduled Zoom sessions on the dates listed on the course page, with recordings where the course offers them.
• Mock exams — timed, exam‑style papers delivered through the MedPros quiz engine, with instant scoring and review.
• Practice quizzes and the question bank — on‑demand questions with explanations and analytics.
• Supplementary materials — selected PDFs, notes and schedules, where a course makes them available.

There is no physical book, DVD, USB or printed paper shipped by post for any standard product. If a specific campaign ever involves a physical item that will be disclosed on the product page with its own delivery timeline.

Once your payment is confirmed we activate your entitlement to the product. The typical flow:

1. You pay — card, wallet or partner‑merchant bank transfer at checkout.
2. We verify — card and wallet payments clear in seconds; bank transfers are verified by our team after you upload the payment proof (usually within one business day in Pakistan).
3. We activate — your dashboard shows the new course / quiz / cohort and access is unlocked.
4. We email you — a receipt and a quick "what to do next" email reach the address on your account.

• Card or wallet payment — access unlocked in seconds, receipt email within 10 minutes.
• Partner‑merchant bank transfer with proof uploaded — access unlocked within one business day, often faster.
• Free or coupon‑fully‑discounted enrolment — access unlocked immediately on confirmation.
• Cohort live classes — Zoom link and schedule appear on the course page; access to recordings follows the rules listed on that page.
• Scheduled‑release courses — you see the full plan up front; new chapters unlock on the dates listed.

If you have paid but see no activation within 15 minutes for card / wallet orders, or after 24 business hours for a verified bank transfer, please contact support — see below.

Access rules are shown on every product page before you buy. In general:

• A course page states its access window — for example "6 months from enrolment", "until your exam attempt date", or "for the duration of the cohort + recordings window".
• Subscription or renewal products show their renewal cadence.
• Live cohorts have fixed dates; any recording availability is stated on the page.
• Access may be paused or revoked if these terms are breached (for example sharing an account), in line with our terms and conditions.

We do not advertise permanent or no‑expiry access as a default — your access is what the course page and checkout summary confirmed at the moment of purchase.

To keep your paid content safe we may ask you to:

• Verify your email — a 6‑digit code is emailed when you register or change email.
• Verify your phone — some products or regions require an SMS OTP.
• Approve your device — your first sign‑in on a new device may need a quick approval so we can enforce device limits and stop credential sharing.
• Keep contact details current — we email receipts, cohort reminders and access messages to the email on your account.

You can manage verified emails, phones and approved devices from the profile page at any time.

You need a reasonably modern browser and internet connection.

• Internet — 2 Mbps is enough for standard video; 5 Mbps is recommended for HD. Wi‑Fi or 4G / 5G mobile data both work.
• Devices — Windows 10+, macOS 11+, Ubuntu 20.04+, Android 8+, iOS 13+, and modern tablets.
• Browsers — the last two major versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Keep your browser up to date for the best video experience.
• Settings — JavaScript and cookies enabled. Ad‑blockers that also block first‑party cookies can break sign‑in and playback; whitelist medpros.pk if needed.
• Live classes — a working microphone and camera are optional for participation but help during Q&A sessions.

MedPros limits the number of devices an account can play content on. This is how we keep content affordable and teacher time protected.

• New sign‑ins on an unknown device may be held for approval — usually an instant email / OTP confirmation.
• You can see all approved devices in your profile and remove any you no longer use.
• Device approval helps us detect organised account sharing or stolen credentials early.
• If a device approval is blocking your access and you cannot complete it, contact support — see below.

Please run through these before opening a ticket — they resolve the majority of delays:

• Refresh your dashboard after 1–2 minutes; entitlement tables update asynchronously.
• Check the email on your account (including spam) for an activation or OTP message.
• For bank‑transfer orders: confirm the payment proof was uploaded and legible.
• Sign out and sign back in; device approval may be pending.

Still stuck? Email support@medpros.pk from the email on your account with the subject line "Access issue", your order ID, the course / quiz / cohort name, a screenshot and the time of payment. We respond within one business day in Pakistan and usually much sooner.

MedPros is built for Pakistan but can be used from anywhere with internet. A few notes for international learners:

• Live classes are scheduled in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT); check the page for the start time in your timezone.
• Payment methods available at checkout can vary by country; if nothing suitable appears, contact support and we will propose an alternative.
• You are responsible for complying with your local laws about online education and any healthcare regulatory rules that affect how you use the material.

We aim for 24/7 availability but occasionally need short maintenance windows, typically overnight (PKT). Material outages are disclosed on the status page where one exists, and we refer to the refund policy if an outage materially affects paid content.

Some courses allow downloadable PDFs for personal study. Please treat these responsibly:

• Downloads are licensed for your personal, non‑commercial study.
• Do not share, re‑upload, sell or embed the files elsewhere — see our terms and intellectual property rules.
• Certain files may carry watermarks or account‑level identifiers; removing them is a breach of these terms.

Video lectures are generally stream‑only, and live‑class recordings follow the availability stated on each cohort page.
