Important Notice: MedPros provides digital educational products including online courses, video lectures, live classes, mock tests, and practice quizzes. Due to the instant access nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
1. No Refund Policy on Digital Products
MedPros operates as a digital learning management system (LMS) providing medical exam preparation services for FCPS, MBBS, MDCAT, and other medical education programs. Once you complete your purchase and gain access to any of our digital products, you acknowledge that:
- All sales are final: Digital courses, quizzes, mock tests, and live class access are non-refundable once purchased and activated.
- Instant access: Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the purchased content, which makes refunds impractical.
- Digital nature: Unlike physical products, digital content cannot be "returned" as you retain the knowledge and access provided.
- Course preview available: We provide comprehensive course previews, descriptions, and sample content to help you make an informed decision before purchase.
2. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
While our general policy is no refunds, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider refund requests in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing the course content, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of your purchase.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same course or quiz twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was charged without your authorization, subject to verification and investigation.
- Course Cancellation: If MedPros cancels a course or service before you have accessed it, you will receive a full refund.
- Course Not Delivered: If you paid for a course but never received access due to system errors, and the issue cannot be resolved.
3. Refund Request Process
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please follow these steps:
- Timeline: Submit your refund request within 7 days of purchase.
- Contact Method: Email us at support@medpros.pk with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Required Information: Include your full name, email address, order number, course/quiz name, payment proof, and detailed explanation of the issue.
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- Decision: You will be notified via email whether your refund request has been approved or denied, along with an explanation.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Your access to the course or service will be revoked once the refund is processed.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after accessing the course content.
- Failure to complete the course or utilize the purchased services.
- Dissatisfaction with course content after you have already accessed multiple lectures or chapters.
- Personal circumstances preventing you from completing the course (e.g., time constraints, schedule changes).
- Failure to meet technical requirements specified in the course description.
- Issues caused by internet connectivity problems on the user's end.
- Requests made after the 7-day window from the date of purchase.
6. Account Suspension and Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for any refunds. This includes but is not limited to:
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users.
- Downloading or distributing copyrighted course materials.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or payment disputes.
- Violating our community guidelines or code of conduct.
7. Promotional Discounts and Special Offers
Courses purchased during promotional periods, with discounts or coupon codes, are subject to the same no-refund policy. Promotional pricing does not create additional refund eligibility.
8. Subscription-Based Services
If you have subscribed to a course with ongoing chapter releases:
- Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
- You may cancel future subscription renewals, but no refund will be provided for the current subscription period.
- Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
9. Technical Support
Before requesting a refund due to technical issues, we encourage you to contact our technical support team. We are committed to resolving technical difficulties and ensuring you can access your purchased content. Our support team is available to assist with:
- Login and account access issues.
- Video playback problems.
- Quiz and test functionality concerns.
- Device compatibility questions.
- Any other technical challenges you may encounter.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may:
- Request a review by our senior management team by emailing support@medpros.pk.
- Provide additional documentation or evidence to support your claim.
- Our final decision will be communicated within 7 business days of the review request.
11. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting MedPros may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account and access to all courses.
- Permanent ban from the MedPros platform.
- We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and may pursue legal action if necessary.
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes to resolve the matter amicably.
12. Changes to This Policy
MedPros reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
